Areas of Research

In-situ remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater, including development of a new patented soil treatment process known as pneumatic fracturing which has advanced to full-scale commercialization, Reconnaissance site evaluation using engineering geomorphology, And deep foundations.

Current Areas of Research

Integrating pneumatic fracturing with other in-situ technologies including bioremediation, reactive dechlorination, vitrification, and ultrasound.
