Current Areas of Research

Development of an expert system for optical water quality parameters in estuarine environment, with the objective of investigating the primary productivity and carbon cycling important for monitoring global change, Application of space shuttle SIR-C/X-SAR data in tectonic analysis and topographic change detection, Integration of geospatial data into GIS for hazardous waste sites investigation.
